Marks & Spencer Norfolk Bitter (Woodforde's)
Late 2007 Marks & Spencer launched a range of four bottle-conditioned beers. I bought three of these from their branch in Canary Wharf, London.
- Name: Marks & Spencer Norfolk Bitter (Woodforde's), 4.5%, England
- Appearance: Light brown. Small amount of fizzy, shortlived head. Some sediments.
- Aroma: Malt and some fruit and hops.
- Taste: Rather bitter, some malt and citric. Bitter, unpleasant aftertaste.
- Bought: Marks & Spencer, 500 ml, £2.00
- Overall score: 2/6

Woodforde's Norfolk Wherry
- Name: Woodforde's Norfolk Wherry, 3.8%, England
- Appearance: Orangy brown. Not much head. Slightly cloudy. Some sediments.
- Aroma: Some fruit and hops.
- Taste: Quite hoppy. A bit of fruit. Bitter aftertaste.

At 8.0%, instead of at 8.5% as in the 300-book.

- Appearance: Dark brown. Absolutely flat, no fizz.
- Aroma: Winey, fruity. Malty. Raisins.
- Taste: Pretty malty. Fruits.
- Bought: Beers of Europe, 330 ml, £2.29
- Overall score: 2/6 (Mostly because it is so flat)
