Saffron Budgens Local Brew (Pledgdon Ale)

This beer is brewed specially for Budgens, Sawbridgeworth, where I also bought it. Someone noted that it sounds very similar to the Pledgdon Ale, and according to the brewery "the difference between the two comes in the hop ratios ie we use a slightly different proportion of the aroma hops". Hence, they are basically the same beer.
  • Name: Saffron Budgens Local Brew (Pledgdon Ale), 4.3%, England
  • Appearance: Cloudy orangy brown. Little bit of white head. Sediments.

  • Bought: Budgens, 500 ml, £2.09
