Rumpfi Graines & Pains IPA Bluette

  • Name: Rumpfi Graines & Pains IPA Bluette, 6%, Switzerland
  • Appearance: Medium to dark brown, very murky. Decent, thick white head.
  • Aroma: Grains, slight hops, slight malt.
  • Taste: Lots of grains, some hops. A bit of medium fruits. Slight bitterness. Harsh aftertaste. Not balanced at all.
  • Bought: Bio26 (Fribourg), 330 ml, CHF 5.00
  • Score: 2.4 (Aroma 5/10, Appearance 2/5, Taste 5/10, Palate 2/5, Overall 10/20)

  • Name: Malambo Gualicho, 5.6%, Switzerland
  • Appearance: Medium orange, hazy. Small white head.
  • Aroma: Medium fruits, some hops.
  • Taste: Good hops, some fruits. Light bitterness.
  • Bought: Shared by Stuart at Fribourg Beer Festival - thanks!, 375 ml
  • Score: 3.2 (Aroma 6/10, Appearance 3/5, Taste 7/10, Palate 3/5, Overall 13/20)

Kings Chair Beer Lab Mama's Medicine - Black Breakfast Ale

Homebrew:
  • Name: Kings Chair Beer Lab Mama's Medicine - Black Breakfast Ale, 5.2%, Switzerland
  • Appearance: Dark brown, huge amount of dark tan head that makes the bottle slowly overflow.
  • Aroma: Dark malt, slight yeast. Coffee?
  • Taste: Bitterness followed be roasted notes. Malt. Coffee? Lingering, albeit slightly harsh aftertaste.

  • Appearance: Brewed 18/4-2015. Light orange brown, hazy. Small amount of off-White head.
  • Aroma: Some fruits, moss.
  • Taste: Lots of fruits, esters, some strange aftertaste.

Zur Palme Springtime India Pale Ale

Homebrew:
  • Name: Zur Palme Springtime India Pale Ale, 4.9%, Switzerland
  • Appearance: Brewed 7/3-2015. Very light brown, slightly hazy. Huge amount of creamy, light tan head. Slightly too much head.
  • Aroma: Light fruit, some hops.
  • Taste: Good amount of hops, some light fruit and creaminess. Lasting bitterness. Not bad.
