• Appearance: Burnt orange, hazy. Small, fizzy head.
• Aroma: Tart fruit, earthy.
• Taste: Tart fruit, earth and wood. Plums? Dry mouthfeel. Not that bad.
• Bought: Craft Gallery, 330 ml, CHF 9.90

523 Pale Ale

• Name: 523 Pale Ale, 5.5%, Switzerland
• Appearance: Light orange brown, quite hazy. A bit of sediments at the bottom of the bottle. Some off-white head.
• Aroma: Fruits and flowers, light hops.
• Taste: Lots of fruit, flowers, light hops. Citrus. Lingering bitterness. Pretty good, but a bit overpriced.
