- Name: Borg Surtur Nr. 8.8, 13.6%, Iceland
- Appearance: Bottled 17/12-2019. Near-black brown, small dark tan head.
- Aroma: Dark malt, dark fruits, toasted. Very slight barrel.
- Taste: Very dark malt, roasted, some barrel and dark chocolate. Warming. With many BA beers the barrel treatment can overpower the base beer. What I really enjoy with this one is the subtleness of the barrel component.
