• Name: Timmermans Tradition Faro Lambic, 4%, Belgium
• Appearance: Cage and cork. Medium brown, red hue. Clear and fizzy. Small, off-white head.
• Aroma: Sweet, apples, honey? Very faint funkiness.
• Taste: Sweet, some light caramel. Apples, quite a bit. Very low tartness, hence I quite like it.
• Bought: Trade with tderoeck - thanks!, 375 ml
