• Name: La Collégiale Trinity Church, 6.2%, Switzerland
• Appearance: Orange brown, quite hazy. Huge amount of off-white head, almost too much. Sediments in bottle.
• Aroma: Light fruits, tropical. Some bitterness.
• Taste: Lots of hops, resins. Some, but not too much fruits. Nice amount of bitterness.
• Bought: DrMousse.ch, 330 ml, CHF 5.25
• Score: 3.3 (Aroma 7/10, Appearance 3/5, Taste 7/10, Palate 3/5, Overall 13/20)
