- Name: BFM La Salamandre, 5.5%, Switzerland
- Appearance: Light orange golden, clear. Some fizzy, off-white head.
- Aroma: Wheat, slight citrus fruit.
- Taste: Wheat, citrus fruit, banana. Actually very nice and refreshing, no hint of the sourness/tartness that I am so used to with BFM beers.

- Taste: Dark malt, slight sweetness. Caramel, slightly toasted. Nice.

Baladin Xyauyù Barrel
- Name: Baladin Xyauyù Barrel, 14%, Italy
- Appearance: Medium brown, clear. Very low carbonation, basically flat.
- Aroma: Lots of fruit, sweet, slight alcohol. Promising.
- Taste: Good amounts of fruit and raisins, port, very smooth. Warming alcohol. Lovely, but expensive.
