- Appearance: Medium brown, clear. Very low carbonation, basically flat.
- Aroma: Lots of fruit, sweet, slight alcohol. Promising.
- Taste: Good amounts of fruit and raisins, port, very smooth. Warming alcohol. Lovely, but expensive.
- Bought: Les Trentenaires (Fribourg), 50 ml sample, CHF 7.00
