Beer Goals 2023 - Result

My beer goals for 2023 were as follows (with inline comments):

• Get from 202 to 205 Ratebeer countries       [Goal achieved 2023-12-31]
• ✅ Thanks to three trades, managed to get to exactly 205. Dropped down the list from 9th to 11th though.
• Get from 311 to 321 Ratebeer regions       [Current status: 319]
• ❌ Only managed 8 new ones, ending the year at 319 regions.
• Rate a beer from the last missing style
• ❌ Still no luck, unfortunately.
• Reduce styles I have tried less than 5 beers from 4 to 2      [Current status: 3]
• ❌ Only managed to get 1 new style to 5.
• Reduce styles I have tried less than 10 beers from 22 to 18       [Goal achieved 2023-09-02]
• ✅  Did well, managed to get 6 new styles to 10.
• Get from 1641 to 1710 breweries      [Goal achieved 2023-08-09]
• ✅ Did much better than expected, reached 1756 breweries. Tried 115 new breweries this year, compared to 127 last year. Helped by our summer road trip.
• Get from 1126 to 1350 Swiss ratings      [Goal achieved 2023-11-03]
• ✅ Did much better and ended the year on 1413, so 287 new ones, compared to 267 last year.
• Get from 309 to 350 Swiss breweries      [Goal achieved 2023-10-20]
• ✅ Did very well, reached 371 Swiss breweries, so 62 new ones this year, compared to 48 last year.

Some Swiss regions related goals:

• Reduce cantons I have tried less than 10 beers from 4 to 1      [Goal achieved 2023-07-08]
• ✅ Managed, Uri was a bit tricky, though.
• Increase cantons I am in the top-6 raters of beers from 19 to 25       [Goal achieved 2023-12-07]
• ✅ Quite hard, but managed to get Ticino as the 25th one in December, after buying a Swiss Italian advent calendar online.
• Increase cantons I am in the top-3 raters of breweries from 22 to 25        [Current status: 24]
• ❌ A moving target. Went from 22 to 23, then back to 21, before I near the end of the year managed to crawl back up to 24.
• Get from 147 to 200 Bern ratings       [Goal achieved 2023-12-24]
• ✅ Reached the goal, just.
• Get from 211 to 240 Fribourg ratings       [Goal achieved 2023-12-09]
• ✅ Reached the goal, with one spare in the basement.
• Get from 137 to 160 Vaud ratings       [Goal achieved 2023-12-25]
• ✅ Reached the goal, just.
• Get from 95 to 115 Zürich ratings       [Current status: 110]
• ❌ Close, ended up on 110 with 2 in the cellar.

Quite happy with reaching 10 out of 15 of my 2023 goals!
