- Aroma: Malt, bread. Slight roast.
- Taste: Nice malt and slight caramel sweetness. Some, but not that much, hops. Like.

Cantillon Iris 2007
My first ever unblended lambic!
- Name: Cantillon Iris 2007, 6%, Belgium
- Appearance: Light amber. Clear, but some sediments left in the bottle. Shortlived, fizzy off-white head.
- Aroma: Sour. Wet wood. Some fruits hiding behind the sourness as well.
- Taste: What is happening to me? This is the first gueuze/lambic that I don't find revolting. More of the same sourness, but less than other lambics. Ever so slight fruits. Sour aftertaste, but not too bad.
- Bought: Au Grain d'Orge, 750 ml, CHF 12.60

- Taste: Wow, very nice surprise. Smooth, nice malt, fruit and hops. Not your 13-a-dozen pilsner.

Cardinal Eve Wild Orange
- Name: Cardinal Eve Wild Orange, 3.1%, Switzerland
- Appearance: Peach orange. Crystal clear. Minimal head.
- Aroma: Orange, peach. Fruit juice, basically.
- Taste: I wish I could describe the way the malt and hops play together in harmony, but this also tastes like fruit juice with maybe a hint of "beer taste". Very sweet. Tick-tock.
