  • Appearance: Light orange, hazy. Some fizzy white head.
  • Aroma: Fruits, citrus, hops.
  • Taste: Lots of citrus, good amount of hops. Grains. Acceptable, but not good balance.

  • Taste: Lots of dark malt, roasted. Slightly burnt and smokey. Nice!

  • Name: De Molen Molenbier 7.5%, 7.5%, Netherlands
  • Appearance: Dark brown, hazy. Some light tan head.
  • Aroma: Yeast, slight sourness. Tart fruit?
  • Taste: Sweetness and sourness, actually. Fruits, hops, dry. Not the best from this brewery.

  • Name: Passarola IPA, 6.5%, Portugal
  • Appearance: Dark chestnut brown, cloudy. Good amount of off-white head.
  • Aroma: Citrus, hops. Cherries? Peaches. Nice.
  • Taste: Lots of hops, American-style to me, but not too overpowering luckily. Nice fruits in there as well.

  • Appearance: Burnt orange brown, slightly hazy, not much head. Quite a bit of sediments left at the bottom.
  • Aroma: Fruit, oranges. Some hops.
  • Taste: Fruit, slight sourness. Slightly roasted. A little bit disappointed.
