Timmermans Tradition Faro Lambic
Lambic - Faro #8:
- Name: Timmermans Tradition Faro Lambic, 4%, Belgium
- Appearance: Cage and cork. Medium brown, red hue. Clear and fizzy. Small, off-white head.
- Aroma: Sweet, apples, honey? Very faint funkiness.
- Taste: Sweet, some light caramel. Apples, quite a bit. Very low tartness, hence I quite like it.
- Bought: Trade with tderoeck - thanks!, 375 ml
- Score: 3.3 (Aroma 7/10, Appearance 3/5, Taste 7/10, Palate 3/5, Overall 13/20)

Timmermans Oude Gueuze
- Name: Timmermans Oude Gueuze, 5.5%, Belgium
- Appearance: Orange golden, clear at first. Very fizzy, huge white head. Sediments at bottom of bottle.
- Aroma: Tart fruits, slight sourness.
- Taste: Tart fruits, lemon, sourness. Dry. Not all bad, though.

Timmermans Kriek
Weaker than than the 5.0% listed in the 500-book.

- Appearance: Ruby red. Quite a lot of head.
- Aroma: Just cherry, very much so.
- Taste: Very cherry, very sweet. Not quenching at all. Surprisingly nice.
