• Appearance: Very dark brown, near black. Good amount of dark tan head.
• Aroma: Dark malt, roasted, burnt, coffee.
• Taste: Dark malt, roasted, coffee, burnt. Smooth.
• Bought: Vinmonopolet (Online), 500 ml, NOK 89.90
• Score: 4.1 (Aroma 8/10, Appearance 4/5, Taste 8/10, Palate 4/5, Overall 17/20)

• Appearance: 2015 version. Brewed 09OCT15, luckily not an infected bottle. Very dark brown, basically black. Very dark tan head, short lived.
• Aroma: Barrel, dark dark malt, prunes, vinous.
• Taste: Dark malt, barrel, dark fruits. Toasted, vinous, warming. Hides alcohol very well. Great!
• Bought: Trade with RobertDale - thanks a lot!, 500 ml

• Taste: Dark malt, roasted, slight barrel, but not too much. Sweetness. Still very good!

• Taste: Dark malt, dark fruit, slightly roasted. Smooth, nice.

Goose Island Honker's Ale

Having sourced as many bottles as possible from normal shops, I had to start ordering from Beers of Europe to continue. They have a very good selection of beers, at reasonable prices, even though shipping is a bit expensive.
