O'Hara's Stormburst IPA

  • Name: O'Hara's Stormburst IPA, 7.2%, Ireland
  • Appearance: Light orange golden, hazy. Small, white head.
  • Aroma: Light fruits, citrus. Good amount of hops.
  • Taste: Light fruits, citrus, grapefruit. Lots of hops. Good, strong lingering bitterness.
  • Bought: Famila Superstore (Jesolo), 330 ml can, €2.55
  • Score: 3.6 (Aroma 7/10, Appearance 3/5, Taste 8/10, Palate 3/5, Overall 15/20)

Carlow O’Hara’s Irish Red

  • Name: Carlow O’Hara’s Irish Red, 4.3%, Ireland
  • Appearance: Dark brown, red hue? Clear. Some light tan head.
  • Aroma: Berries, fruit. Some light malts.
  • Taste: Berry sweetness, some malt. Doesn't do it for me.
  • Bought: Saveur-Biere.com, 500 ml, €3.70
  • Overall score: 3/6

O'Hara's Celtic Stout

  • Name: O'Hara's Celtic Stout, 4.3%, Ireland
  • Appearance: Very dark brown. Shortlived, tan head.
  • Aroma: Roasted and hint of coffee and metal.
  • Taste: Quite bitter and smokey. Dark malt. Slightly bitter aftertaste.
  • Bought: Beers of Europe, 500 ml, £2.29
  • Overall score: 3/6
