  • Name: AF Brew Sangre Fresca, 4.8%, Russia
  • Appearance: Dark orange to red, very murky. No head. Not very appetising.
  • Aroma: Tomato juice, maybe some red fruits. Some tartness. Still not very appetising.
  • Taste: Spices, meat, slight smokiness. Some tartness. Maybe some salt. This is liquid weirdness. Managed three sips.
  • Bought: Craft Gallery, 330 ml can, CHF 7.50
  • Score: 1.9 (Aroma 4/10, Appearance 2/5, Taste 4/10, Palate 2/5, Overall 7/20)

TLL kindly bought this beer for me when she was on a business trip to Moscow. Always interesting to try something you can't normally find in the shops.

  • Appearance: Pale gold. Little head. Pretty fizzy initially.
  • Aroma: Hopsy. Normal lager, maybe less.
  • Taste: Very little. Bit of hops and malt. Watery, hint of bitter.
