Rauchloch Isental

New CH brewery:

• Name: Rauchloch Isental, 4.9%, Switzerland
• Appearance: Dark yellow, more or less clear. Hazy at the end of the bottle. Nice, lasting white head.
• Aroma: Floral, some pale malt, minimal hops.
• Taste: Very pale malt, shy hops, honey sweetness. Very low bitterness. A bit too sweet.
• Bought: Bierfabrik, 330 ml, CHF 4.50
• Score: 3.2 (Aroma 6/10, Appearance 3/5, Taste 7/10, Palate 3/5, Overall 13/20)
