- Appearance: Yellow golden, hazy. Lots of bubbles. Nice amount of creamy white head.
- Aroma: Light fruits, citrus.
- Taste: Light fruits, citrus. Yes, peppery, with some bitterness. Different from the other Eisbocks I’ve tasted. A bit disappointed.
- Bought: Wittich, 330 ml, CHF 4.20
