- Name: Panil Barriquée (Sour), 8%, Italy
- Appearance: Dark chestnut red. Very fizzy start, calms down later with nice off-white head.
- Aroma: Fruit, earthy. Slight sourness.
- Taste: Lots of fruit and berries. Wood? Sourness, but not too bad, actually. Pleasant surprise to me.
- Bought: Erzbierschof, 750 ml, CHF 13.50
