- Appearance: Batch 279. Dark brown, clear. Nice amount of tan head.
- Aroma: Malt, slightly roasted.
- Taste: Dark malt, slight smoke and roasted. Good balance and punches above its 4.5% weight.

- Appearance: Flip-top bottle. Yellow golden, slightly hazy. Flat, not much head at all.
- Aroma: Fruit, floral.
- Taste: Fruits, grapefruit, quite sweet. Nice and summery.

- Appearance: Canned 16/10-2014. Very dark brown, almost black. Dark tan head.
- Aroma: Malt, some sweetness.
- Taste: Very dark malt, slight smoke and scotch. Some sweetness. Good balance and hides the alcohol very well. Very enjoyable.

Schumacher Latzenbier
- Name: Schumacher Latzenbier, 5.5%, Germany
- Appearance: Dark, clear amber. Some light tan head.
- Aroma: Malt, not sure much else. Slight yeast?
- Taste: Dark malt, toasted. Smooth and easy drinking. Based on my experience I don't recommend drinking a full bottle of this with an Indian lentils dinner due to enormous gas production. Almost lost a few friends the next day...

- Taste: Dark malt, sweet, slightly toasted. Good.

Mikkeller Invasion Farmhouse IPA
- Name: Mikkeller Invasion Farmhouse IPA, 8.0%, Denmark
- Appearance: Slightly hazy yellow, fizzy, humongous amount of creamy, white head. Long lasting.
- Aroma: Hops, citrus fruit.
- Taste: Lots of hops, as expected. Nice citrus fruit notes and well balanced. Slight tartness. I might even be able to finish this big bottle.
