When I read that they were about to retire this beer, I thought I might as well try it.

- Aroma: Burnt caramel. Malts, some dark fruit.
- Taste: More caramel, alcohol. Malt, quite sweet.

Another one from Bier Tempel in Bruges. This one was called "Bavik Kuurnse Witte" in the 500-book, when the ABV was also 7.5%.

Barbar
Bought this one as it was mentioned in a newspaper article last year about Belgo top six Belgian beers. Actually quite nice.

- Appearance: Light orangy brown. Shortlived, alright head.
- Aroma: Honey and some fruit. Quite sweet.
- Taste: Obviously some honey. Nice bitterness. Nice surprise.

I asked for "Affligem Noel" in Bier Tempel, and he insisted this was the one. They are of course not the same... I guess he really wanted that extra 1.85 from me...
